JDC has two subsidiaries in Shanghai and Jiangsu. Upholding the tenet of “Lean Manufacturing, Creating Value for Customers”, it specializes in aluminum alloy die casting and machining. Its products are mainly applied to automotive, communication, home appliances and industrial components.

  The production base is located in Hai’an National Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiangsu Province. The plant covers an area of 40,000 square meters, with a planned investment of 20 million US dollars and a target annual sales revenue of 80 million US dollars. Situated close to Shanghai, it enjoys convenient land, sea and air transportation and complete supporting facilities, boasting distinct development advantages.

  The company is fully equipped with a complete production line including 88T-500T die-casting machines, CNC equipment and precision testing devices. It independently designs, manufactures and maintains molds. The annual aluminum material capacity reaches 15,000 to 20,000 tons. Premium aluminum materials are used in all production processes with full environmental compliance.

  The workshop adopts a one-way streamlined layout. Supported by technologies such as mold flow analysis, robotic deburring and sandblasting, the company has built a sound quality management system.

JDC has obtained certifications including IATF16949, ISO14001 and ISO45001. It serves renowned enterprises at home and overseas and has been repeatedly recognized as an Excellent Supplier. Traditional auto parts account for 69% of its total revenue, forming its core business. Its major markets and clients are from China, Germany, Austria and Japan.
